I moved to New York after college in 2003, I attended the French Culinary Institute and quickly started work as a private chef/caterer after graduation. I enjoy cooking for many families and couples in Manhattan including the great pleasure and honor to cook for Dana Cowin, Editor-in-Chief of Food and Wine Magazine and her family on a regular basis. Along with private chef work I have recipe tested for publications and cookbook authors including New York Times, Gourmet Magazine and Ellie Krieger. I also do food styling work for New York Times Magazine.
I enjoy how a well written recipe can bond people together helping them remember a person or time in their life that is dear to them.
