Molly Rundberg-Villa moved to New York City from Southern California after college in 2003. She attended the Culinary program at the French Culinary Institute in Soho and quickly started work as a private chef/caterer after graduation.  Along with private chef work she has worked as a recipe tester and food stylist for publications and cookbook authors including: New York Times, Gourmet Magazine, O the Oprah Magazine, Food and Wine, Sweet Paul and Ellie Krieger. She developed a cookie company named Mollypenny that specialized in sweet gifts with beautiful boxes and high quality local ingredients.

She believes that food and culture shape one another and that we have an opportunity change our lives for the better through our relationship with food, honoring its power not only to connect people but to heal.

Molly lives in Brooklyn, NY with her husband and son.
